These terms describe use of the RK Automations website. A supply or service engagement is governed by the written quotation, order confirmation and any separately agreed terms. Website content is general information, not a binding offer or a project-specific engineering instruction.
1. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not place an order, book attendance or create an agreed service commitment. Scope, pricing, taxes, lead times, payment, delivery and any other commercial requirements must be confirmed in writing.
No fixed response time, guaranteed attendance window or around-the-clock service availability is advertised. Call to discuss an urgent technical requirement and confirm availability.
2. Products and compatibility
Product categories describe the types of equipment for which enquiries are accepted. Availability, model support and suitability are subject to review. A matching manufacturer, enclosure or nominal rating does not by itself establish compatibility.
Manufacturer names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify equipment. RK Automations does not claim authorised dealer, authorised service-centre or official partner status through this website.
3. Repair and service scope
Repair feasibility, required parts, price and timing may depend on inspection and assessment. A repair outcome, warranty period or turnaround is not guaranteed by general website wording. Any applicable warranty or service conditions must be stated in the specific written agreement.
The customer and service provider should agree access permissions, available documentation, intended work, testing requirements and responsibilities before work proceeds.
4. Engineering and safety
Information on this website must not be used as a live electrical troubleshooting procedure. Electrical and elevator-control work requires appropriately qualified and authorised personnel, equipment-specific information and applicable site procedures.
Do not bypass protective devices, interlocks or access controls on the basis of website content. Overall system safety, conformity and acceptance require the relevant professional assessment.
5. Elevator scope
Elevator-related offerings concern VFD sales, service and repair, our own elevator control panels and customised panel design. Website content does not advertise complete elevator manufacture, mechanical maintenance, statutory inspection or passenger rescue.
In an entrapment or another safety emergency, use the designated emergency response arrangements for the location.
