Elevator VFD sales

We supply variable frequency drives for elevator applications. The proposed drive must be assessed with the existing controller, motor, feedback and operating requirements before a replacement or new installation is specified.

Share the existing model numbers and available technical information. Brand support does not imply that every model is stocked or compatible.

Elevator VFD service and repair

Our scope includes elevator VFD fault diagnosis, service and repair. Fault history, the exact drive indication and the circumstances of the issue guide the assessment.

Inspection may be required before repair feasibility, price and timing can be agreed. Any work involving the lift system must be coordinated with the responsible qualified personnel.

Our own elevator control panels

RK Automations sells its own elevator control panels. We define the proposed configuration, included components, interfaces and supply scope for the requirement.

Customised panel design

Customised design begins with the required control functions, drive and motor information, interface needs, available drawings and installation constraints.

Panel configuration, documentation, acceptance criteria and responsibilities for installation and verification should be set out in the agreed scope. No particular standard, certification, load capacity, rescue feature or warranty is implied without explicit documentation.

Compatibility and commissioning support

Commissioning support is agreed for the specific supply or service. Review includes the interactions between the controller, drive, feedback and connected interfaces.

A drive or panel is not a stand-alone guarantee of overall elevator safety or compliance. The complete system and any modification need appropriate engineering review and verification.

This offering concerns elevator VFDs and control panels. It does not advertise complete elevator manufacture, mechanical maintenance, statutory inspection or passenger rescue.
